1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
   By visiting therogy.com or purchasing a product from Therogy (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept all provisions, do not use the website.

2. WHO WE ARE
   Therogy is a U.S.-based independent retailer of genuine Nekteck massage products. We are not owned, operated, or endorsed by Nekteck. All sales made on therogy.com are contracts between you and Therogy only.

3. ELIGIBILITY
   You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You warrant that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
   Creating an account is optional but recommended to track orders and start returns. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
   a. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
   b. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
   c. Payment is captured at checkout; an order confirmation e-mail follows instantly.
   d. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, stock error, or pricing mistake.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
   Domestic U.S. orders ship free via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within two to four business days. Expedited options are shown at checkout. International shipping is not yet available. Full details appear in our Shipping, Delivery and Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
   You may return any eligible product within thirty (30) days of delivery. The complete procedure and conditions are described in our Refund Policy, incorporated here by reference.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION
   We attempt to display product details, specifications, and pricing accurately. Minor color or design variations may occur. We do not guarantee that any device will achieve specific therapeutic results; individual outcomes vary.

9. PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS
   Discount codes apply only to qualifying items as stated. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed. We may modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on therogy.com—including text, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of Therogy or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law. You may view and download material for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. PROHIBITED USES
    You agree not to:

    • Violate or infringe the intellectual-property rights of Therogy or others.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the particular product giving rise to the claim.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    These Terms and any dispute between you and Therogy are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

17. SEVERABILITY
    If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Delivery and Returns policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Therogy regarding your use of therogy.com.

19. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
    We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Revised Terms take effect immediately when posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
