1. WHO WE ARE
   Therogy (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the website therogy.com. We are an independent U.S. retailer of genuine Nekteck massage products.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
   • Information you provide at checkout or account creation: name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment method.
   • Automatically collected data: device type, browser, IP address, time zone, and the pages or products you view. Shopify sets cookies and similar technologies to remember your cart and improve site performance.
   • Customer-service records: e-mails, chat transcripts or phone call notes when you contact support.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
   • To process and deliver your order and provide shipment updates.
   • To respond to your questions, returns or warranty claims.
   • To screen orders for potential risk or fraud.

   • Carrier partners (USPS, FedExUPS) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver parcels and send tracking notices.
   • We never sell or rent personal data. We disclose it only when required by law or to protect our rights.

   Key cookies include:
   • _secure_session_id – remembers your session for storefront functions.
   • cart – stores the contents of your shopping cart.
   • _shopify_visit / _shopify_uniq – analytics on visits and repeat customers.
   You may disable cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may not function correctly.

7. DATA RETENTION
   Order information is kept for at least seven years to comply with U.S. tax and accounting regulations, after which it is securely deleted. Browser-level data is retained for up to two years, then either aggregated or erased.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
   • EEA/UK residents: right of access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability.
   • California residents: right to know, delete, opt-out of sale (we do not sell data) and non-discrimination.
   Submit any request by e-mailing support@therogy.com and include “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
   Therogy does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will remove it immediately.

10. SECURITY
    The site runs entirely over HTTPS and is powered by Shopify’s PCI-DSS Level 1–certified infrastructure. While no system is 100 percent secure, we follow industry best practices—including encryption, firewall protection and limited employee access—to safeguard your details.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    We may update this notice from time to time to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. Revisions will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
