REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
Therogy stands behind every Nekteck product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of the delivery date shown on your tracking link. This policy applies to purchases made directly on therogy.com only.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR A FULL REFUND
    – Item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, power adapters, and protective bags.
    – The product must be clean and free of odor, stains, or damage beyond normal testing use.
    – A return-authorization (RA) number must be issued by Therogy prior to shipment back to us.

  2. PARTIAL REFUNDS OR RESTOCKING FEES
    – Light cosmetic wear, missing accessories, or damaged retail packaging may incur up to a ten-percent (10 %) restocking fee.
    – Heavily used, altered, or unsanitary items may be refused or approved for a partial refund at Therogy’s discretion.

  3. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
    – Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
    – Free bonus items marked “Final Sale.”
    – Products purchased from other retailers or third-party marketplaces (contact that seller directly).

  4. HOW TO START A RETURN
    Email support@therogy.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason. You will receive:
    a) an RA number, and
    b) a prepaid UPS or USPS label if your shipping address is within the United States.
    International returns are not yet supported; please wait until we launch global shipping to place an order outside the U.S.

  5. SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
    – Pack the device securely to prevent damage in transit. We recommend re-using the original carton.
    – Affix the prepaid label or, if you choose your own carrier, send the parcel to the address provided in your RA email.
    – Drop the package within seven (7) days of receiving your label; otherwise the RA may expire.

  6. REFUND TIMELINE
    – Inspection is completed within three (3) business days of receipt at our warehouse.
    – Approved refunds are issued immediately to the original payment method.
    – Credit-card issuers typically post funds within five (5–7) business days. PayPal and Shop Pay credits appear the same day.

  7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
    If more than ten (10) business days have passed since you received your refund confirmation email and the credit is still absent, please:
    – Check your bank or PayPal account again.
    – Contact your card company; processing times vary.
    – If the issuer has no record, email support@therogy.com and we will investigate promptly.

  8. EXCHANGES
    Need a different model? Initiate a return as above and indicate “exchange” in your email. We will ship the replacement once the original unit scans as “in transit” or reaches our facility, whichever occurs first.

  9. GIFTS
    If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return once it is received. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

  10. WARRANTY CLAIMS
    Defects discovered after the thirty-day return window are covered by Nekteck’s twelve-month limited warranty (eighteen months if you registered your serial number). Contact support@therogy.com with photos or video of the issue, and we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or manufacturer-approved refund.

  11. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS
    – Domestic prepaid labels are free for first-time returns on each order.
    – If multiple returns are requested from the same order, only the first label is free; additional labels will be deducted from your refund at carrier cost.
    – Original outbound shipping upgrades (e.g., expedited 2-Day) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Therogy error.

  12. POLICY ABUSE
    Therogy monitors return and refund activity. Excessive or suspicious returns may lead to refusal of future transactions or the need for items to meet additional inspection criteria.

  13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
    We may update our refund terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
