PROMOTIONAL TERMS

1. SCOPE
   These Promotional Terms (“Promo Terms”) govern all discount codes, coupons, limited-time offers, free-gift events, and any other promotional campaigns (collectively “Promotions”) offered by Therogy through therogy.com, our email newsletter, printed materials, or social-media channels. By redeeming or participating in a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promo Terms as well as our Terms of Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY
   Promotions are open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older unless explicitly stated otherwise. Employees of Therogy, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
   • One Promotion per order, per customer, unless expressly stated as combinable.
   • Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases, taxes, shipping upgrades, or gift cards.
   • Promotional discounts have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold.
   • Offers are subject to stock availability. “While supplies last” means items may sell out before the advertised end time; rain checks are not provided.
   • Therogy reserves the right to verify eligibility and to cancel or refuse any Promotion redemption found to be in breach of these Promo Terms.

4. COUPON AND DISCOUNT CODES
   • Enter the code in the “Discount” or “Gift card or discount code” box at checkout before completing payment. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
   • Each code is valid only for the time period published, typically ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the stated expiration date.
   • Unless otherwise specified, codes apply to full-priced products and exclude refurbished items, bundles already on sale, or other restricted SKUs.

5. BUY-X-GET-Y AND FREE-GIFT OFFERS
   • If a qualifying item is returned for a refund, any free or discounted item received as part of the same Promotion must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.
   • Free-gift SKUs are shipped with the main order and carry no warranty unless stated. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternate products.

6. PRICE-MATCH EVENTS
   From time to time we may run “price-match” Promotions aligned with Nekteck’s own site or other authorized retailers. Documentation of the competing price must be provided at the time of purchase; adjustments requested after checkout will not be honored.

7. SOCIAL-MEDIA CONTESTS AND GIVEAWAYS
   Each contest or giveaway will carry its own rules regarding entry method, drawing date, and prize details. In the event of a conflict, those specific rules take precedence over these Promo Terms.

8. REFUNDS ON PROMOTIONAL PURCHASES
   Refunds are processed according to our standard Refund Policy. Any proportion of the purchase price paid using a Promotion will be refunded in the same form (e.g., coupon value restored if still valid, or forfeited if expired).

9. TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION
   Therogy may modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without notice if we determine in our sole discretion that continuation is impractical, unlawful, or detrimental to our business.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Therogy is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries; network or technical failures; or any human error that may occur in the administration of a Promotion. Participation is at your own risk.
